Avoid the car park if you can. It really doesn't matter if you have paid for parking in their car parks you may receive parking penalty anyway. And is big possibility that your appeal will be rejected, therefore doesn't matter if you have provide all proof that you are right

Avoid at all costs. I have had several tickets from this car park for poor reasons. 1 to do with their app not working so I got a ticket that I contested and still had to pay, and another for parking 'inappropriately' when I was very clearly in space.

I would really like to give ZERO stars for the most dismal of facilities. This place stinks of urine. Spaces are small and access is awkward. The owners seem very quick to issue fines. Avoid.

AVOID at all costs! I received a parking ticket even though I had left the car park within the grace period of the expiry time displayed on the ticket.
They use number plate recognition for your arrival time but you have to get a ticket from the machine making it impossible to pay from the time you enter the car park. My appeal was rejected although its worth knowing that there is a difference bewteen a parking charge notice (that ECP dish out- it's basically an invoice) and a penalty charge notice so look into this before you pay anything!
