Positives: lots of floors for plenty of parking. Almost guaranteed to find somewhere to park even at busy times (in comparison to the Grand Arcade carpark). Plenty of disabled spaces too.
Signs say it's covered by CCTV which is a positive, but obviously always keep valuables off display.
It's situated right near the local swimming pool, and only a short walk across Parker's piece to the Grand Arcade/Lion Yard, and a short walk to the Grafton center.
Other than the lack of payment kiosks, paying is simple, you get a ticket upon entering and pay at a kiosk when you leave.

Negatives: floors are often closed without prior warning or signage. Lots of reviewers say to go to the very top floor for bigger spaces, when we tried it was closed off - no signs stating this at the entrance, and no obvious reason as to why it was closed.
Spaces are incredibly narrow on most floors. Even reasonably sized cars like Golfs have trouble fitting in the spaces properly.
Lots of tight turns around the carpark.
Payment kiosks are few and far between - and there are no adequate provisions for people to walk to them, no clear pathways.
Parking is expensive, but it's Cambridge it's expensive everywhere.
The stairwells are gross and smell of pee. Always.

Advice, add infrared or some clever technology to count spaces. While outside in the road it said there are 34 available spaces, I wasted 25 mins to get one going up and down the storeys multiple times. Good prices, great location but parking hell.

Ok yes I know it's just a car park, but it's very convenient, never too crowded and relatively reasonably priced. Just be careful of the narrow entry cub stones !! These will catch your alloys if you don't take care.
Shortish walk to the Grafton Centre and also to the main centre of Cambridge.

Incredibly small spaces, and full of inconsiderate Cambridge-ites. After parking my car for a wedding closeby I returned to find the side of my car with dozens of long deep scratches.

If you are unlucky enough to need to go to Cambridge, don't park here unles you want £1000 worth of damage done to at least one side of it.

This car park is a great, affordable option to park in Cambridge, especially since they knocked down the a huge car park recently.
Some of the spaces are VERY narrow because of pillars though so it takes away a lot of parking options

The only aceptable thing for this parking is the amount of parking spaces and the prices, while still high, are better than other Cambridge parkings. It is in need of repairs. Lately a lot of beggars at the doors. I nevermind then as they need a warm place but some of then can be aggressive.

Probably the worst car park I have ever been to in my life. Spaces are good for bikes not cars and only one pay machine working. 25min queue to pay for ticket
