Absolutely disgusted at the state of the car park. It’s a disgrace. I went here during the Easter holidays, not knowing all the shops in the shopping centre would be closed. Why open the car park if all the shops are closed. They still charged you. Obviously they’re trying to mags money, as I wasn’t the only one who parked here and still had to pay. Also, the lifts were all out of order, meaning my elderly mum and I had to carry my baby nephew’s buggy down the stairs with him inside it. Terrible. What if a disabled person had parked here? Sort it out.

There are not many shops in the mall and only Primark & TKMaxx is there for shopping. parking is spacious and very cheap. all and all well maintained but need more outlets.

Extremely misleading. Say they offer parking for Heathrow and are 20-30mins away from Heathrow.

This shopping centre is pleasant and has good parking levels and are cleaner than the queensmere shopping centre parking spaces. The lifts to the carpark work and there is a car wash facility here aswell. Much better and cleaner and highly recommended.

Unfortunately limited number of stores. Probably only 2 high street brand names TK Maxx and Primark. It has a nice children’s play area, which you have to pay.

Awful place. So gloomy and dead. Plenty of parking for a place that has no shops. Waste of money to park here. Avoid and go somewhere else. Only has primark and tk max
