Slough Station- East Car Park - Slough | APCOA

Really bad expierience. Have been refused a refund for the 24H parking when i only been in the carpark for 2hours, trying to get out of the ditch for the whole time. I was simply trapped in that carpark and i still had to pay.

Do not park there if you want to avoid the hassle.

A lovely building with distinct traditional features. The booking hall is rather small however with only two self service machines in immediate view. There is an alternative entrance at the back taking you straight into platform 5 and thus into London and Paddington Station. Either entrance will give you access to all 5 platforms though expext this place to be crowded at peak times.

Poor service. They have removed the paying machines so no choice but to use automated service. This took ages and the system is really not friendly or simple to use. I managed to pay but could never send my reg no to the number they provided me. Had to go on their web site, find the live chat and sort it out that way. It took 35 minutes. Can we have the machines back?

I have now been fined £100 twice for parking in this car park without a ticket as your numberplate is recorded as you enter/exit. On both occassions, the ticket machine was broken and I couldn't get through on the phone. The website only offered annual season tickets rather than daily ones. I would strongly recommend that you park elsewhere!

pay £9 for whole day parking but receive a parking charge notice. ridiculous!

On a journey to Paddington, took a train from Slough Station.
The station was clean and the ticket counter was manned - where I had a pleasant conversation with the ticketing staff.

Can one give no stars? Poor directions, couldn't find the place. Don't be fooled, it's not at Heathrow, but in Slough, on top of the central shipping centre, a nightmare during rush hour. Old mini buses, on the way in broken seat belt, on the way back filthy seats, driver spent the entire journey texting or talking on his phone, no hands free option. They kept me waiting in the freezing cold (2C) for over an hour for my pick up. Rude on the phone when I rang to ask where my lift was... Oh and the cancellation fee, they still wanted £15 admin fee if I had cancelled... Stay well clear!
