Place for homeless to live at the EV charging points

It's a carpark in the middle of Winchester the fees are another tax on your shopping or in my case I was in town to decommission a shop.Another 1 lost from the high st.Would free parking get people back on the high st?

We parked here to use the charging point for our electric car- there are two electric charging points (both untethered) and they were both free to use! Just pay parking! Unfortunately they were on the lower level of the car park which is locked at night so we had to move the car to make sure we didn’t get locked in.

Very convenient parking for Winchester Town centre. There was a pathway leading straight to the high street. Plenty of spaces available mid morning and reasonably priced.

Easy to access quite expensive per hour but nice and close to shops and cathedral

I cannot pay by coins, when I over pay then a quetion is pop up if it is okay to overpay, I answer yes then it is cancelled. I have tried couple of time and the same problem occurs.

A small multi storey just off the one way system.
Narrow spaces so it’s an idea to get your baby & buggy out before you park in the space.
Not cheap but it is near the high street & all the shops & cathedral.
