Queensmead Car Park

Convenient for town centre and carboot sale on Sunday. Only £0.60 an hour. Can pay via RingGo app. Not too busy most of the times.

Car park has both short stay and long stay options. Electric car charging is plonked in the middle of the short stay with the lines then painted white to indicate they are actually long stay, all whilst the blue lines are still showing.

Electric charging option is expensive and limited to just 90 minutes, which I get is to encourage other users, however you will put people off. I went over the 90 minutes and got an additional £10 charge for this.

The parking tickets don't work the Wi-Fi system doesn't work thankfully I was not meant to be there yeah but 2 miles down the road where the parking was free for the airshow

Parking spaces a bit tight for larger vehicles

One of the worst car parks I have visited. Spacing/ width between the cars ie the box size is ridiculously small. Whilst the parking charges are very cheap the old saying penny wise pound foolish comes to mind given the likelyhood of your car being dented.

£5.50 for all day parking. Close to shopping centre and Vue cinema. Bays a little tight but ok.

Not badly priced parking, spaces can be a bit snug but ready access to all the shops.

It's handy for local amenities & cheaper to park here than the multistorey few yards away & never too full to get a space
