Asda Car Park

Large car park with a good layout. Easy to use contactless, card and cash payment machines at various points including inside the entrance of Princes Mead shopping centre. Whilst the cost of car parking here is inexpensive, do not think it is right to charge Asda customers who shop there, have never come across a supermarket that charges it's customers and does not refund when you make purchases!

1st and last time in this carpark/ASDA. No clear warning of ANPR parking charge. Machines didn't work, big queues to pay (apparently by coins only!). I only went in to get lunch and overstayed the allowed 15mins by 5 mins.

Avoid to shop here. Got a £70 parking penalty after 10 days from my visit to this out of town supermarket which is ridiculous. I just parked less than 1 hour.

Unclear signage. Machine did not register how long I had been there so I guessed, Underpaid 10 minutes. Big fine. Spent nearly £200 in Asda but will never shop there again

Awful car park. Pay and get ripped off on the app or que with the other 100 people trying to pay at the one ticket machine. Will not bother coming to Farnborough again.

Spent over £400 in Asda and Smyths only to be given a £70 fine. Nothing is clear in that car park and won’t shop there again.

70£ charge?? No clear signage at entrance. Dropped my mum off for her to shop while I waited in car, maybe there were signage around the doors but as my first time coming here there were no noticeable signage at car entrance. Never coming back

Update: new parking system which has contactless payment and pay using app. Great stuff. Photo I have post is one of the pay station. There are around 6-7(May be more) pay station scattered around the carpark so don't have to queue. 😉

Previous review with 2 star. -Decent number of car parking space and the size but very inconvenient payment machine. 2 out of 3 machines always out of order and coin is the only method of payment. So no coin no parking ..wake up management
