Grafton West Car Park

Nicely located in Cambridge, the parking is outdoor and easy to park. When I went to pay, two machines out of 3 did not work properly, just be patient.

Although convenient for the Grafton shopping area I would be cautious if you intend parking either early in the morning or late at night.
A relative’s car was broken into when parked in the lower floor early morning last week. Although the security officers were helpful, apparently there are no CCTVs in that area!! There are some ‘unsavoury’ characters hanging around especially near the payment machines!

Convenient carpark at a reasonable cost. Right near the shops.

Looses one star because you used to be able to just use contactless to go in and out so no ticket needed. You can still pay contactless on exit but this is not made clear or publicised anywhere.

TOP TIP: you can still pay contactless when you exit the car park. Take a ticket on entry and insert it on exit without having used the pay machine and you can pay contactless then.

A bit tight with the parking spaces under cover due to the concrete pillars invading the spaces.
Not very user friendly for cars of a larger size than the usual family saloon but cheap enough, £2.30 for just over an hour, a bonus for sure in Cambridge.
Just a minute walk through to The Grafton Centre, Primark and many other shops.
It was busy but there were ample parking spaces available.

Amazing Car Park. Full of Cars and parking spaces. I enjoyed it so much, I stayed in the car park stareing into space whilst she went to Primark. I think I had the better deal.

Great if you love the smell of urine and don't mind homeless people hanging around the pay zone begging.

It is a very good car park very convenient and easy to use

Rubbish had some snow so will shut it for a week not put grit down or use a shovel or something sensible when it's the busiest time of year
Typical attitude you expect specially when it costs so much to park
