I would put lower but I can’t, so yesterday I got to this car park building work was going on no sign saying there was no spaces at all queued to get out for over half an hour! Still having to buy when it was the car parks fault tried to call the help button but no surprised no answer not impressed at all.

Absolutely filthy. The stairwells are disgusting, an embarrassing reflection of Gloucester. Not a great entry to the shopping centre, hope the owners and council take note. Happy to take our money but not provide a clean and safe environment. And would be good to know where the pay stations are as there isn't one on each level and no signs indicating this. Whoever manages this car park should be embarrassed or put on training. On how to use a mop and bucket. Properly. This is typical Gloucester, sadly. We do not seem to have moved on.

It's a decent size car park. Would have been better with clearer directions on how to get in and out as a pedestrian as its not that clear.

Its ok quite spacious .Not the cheapest but easy once you have been there once.A little isolated if on your own

So handy for shopping in Gloucester and at the moment,during lockdown, it's free parking which is an added bonus.

Always find a space here and central to where you need to shop reasonable carpark prices
