It's free, well maintained and has loos too! The only downside is no CCTV.

Holly hill is a lovely woodland walk. There is a duck pond and if you walk far enough you can reach Warsash sea front. This is a lovely place to take children for a run around although a bit step when walking back up to the car park. Pet friendly as well but remember to keep your dog on there leads. The car park has a lot of parking although can fill up quickly. Please don't leave any belongings in your car as there has been a few thefts here before. There are signs explaining this around the car park. Enjoy your walks.

Carpark is free and has toilets there as well. Lovely place to walk and feed the ducks. Will go again
