Much more interesting than I expected. The information boards really helped. Imagine you are in a toga and the slaves do all the hard work! Beautiful location.

An interesting place especially for someone who likes Roman history. It is located in a very nice area surrounded by hills. It's worth to plan a walk in nearby woods. There are plenty of paths to choose from. Just be mindful some of them are not often used thus difficult to spot and they lead through grazing areas so keep your dog on the lead ☺️.

Tiny parking, not free. Pay online for parking

The car park seems:
1) quite small - at least we used the last space on a Sunday afternoon
2) quite distant from the villa - a long drive from the public road could have been extended by a few hundred metres to make it much more convenient.

Lovely place for walks and the views are spectacular.
