Actually we were at the beach and it was fab.
It's a shingle beach but don't let that put you off. Theres a bar/cafe right next to it which sells ice cream, drinks, food etc. There's a splash park next to the car park which is ideal for kids.

Car park right next to the cafe, beach and park. Lovely walks to Stanley Park, The Fort or just a very nice coffee from the Pebble Cafe whilst watching the waves.

Big car park on one of the best beaches and promenades on the South Coast.
Not enough Disabled parking, but get there early and it's OK.

I only go through it on my daily walk. Haven't parked there although it appears very popular.
