Car was safe and returned with 1.5 miles more on speedometer which is very reasonable.
Bubble car park is poorly lit so difficult to check the car for any damage before you drive off. Also it's very muddy and slippery so expect your shoes and your car interior ti be in a state.
It's probably better to pay the extra money for the legit airport parking, and have peace of mind about your car, but they did provide the service they claimed, albeit with some caveats.
If you're looking to save some pennies or have an older car that you're not too fussed about this is a decent value option.
On returning we called the number and were told the van would be there shortly, which it did. We hopped in, to be told we had to wait for the boss who was doing a valet drop off and we had to wait and bring him back. We waited 20 minutes for him to then leave.
Don't advertise your 'perk' if you don't follow through with it. I will not use again and would not recommend to anyone. Pay less for one of the others and just give yourself time cos there was no benefit to paying the bit more for these.
Picked up my car yesterday around 8:30pm got up this morning and was greeted with front drivers side damage looks as though I'm not the only one to have had this experience! Tried contacting them at Stansted and there head office put through to customer services complete waste of time this goes to a recorded message call centre shut due to COVID! The car was collected in total darkness zero lighting to check your vehicle never had this issue before, I will be wasting my time trying to get any liability or recompense from this bunch of cowboys you have been

[Update] Booking reference phoned through and given on Monday to your office at Stansted, emailed sent to customer services head office with photo evidence its now Thursday nothing! The silence is deafening..
I picked up my car late last night at approximately 9.30pm. The car park was complete darkness and there is insufficient lighting on site to see any marks on the car.
I had just flown out of the country due to a family emergency, I was very upset, had a long journey and proceeded to drive home without checking my car.
The next morning I see that my front bumper has been completely scuffed. The company failed to inform me of the damage, and are not accepting liability.
These are tough times and so the last thing I wanted to do was leave a bad review, but their lack of accountability and shocking customer care has left me with no choice.
If you are reading this please, just pay the extra £20 and use the official Stansted parking. It will save you so much more in the long run.
REPLY TO BELOW COMMENT - You mean the 12 hours that I was asleep for after a long flight? I'm aware this review is going to severely damage your business, but you have left me no choice as all you do is hide behind your T&Cs, act super defensive and completely ignore the fact that your staff have damaged my car.
