Pretty nice car park with loads of spaces and convenient access to CrownGate and the town. Unfortunately the 3 lifts that serve the car park users only have 1 working lift which can get quite crowded at peak hours considering this is one of Worcester’s primary car parks but the lift that is still working is quite fast and efficient which takes you directly into the shopping centre. I heard they are planning on modernising them soon so hopefully the problem should be solved after the modernisation. There is on site security with lots of security guards patrolling as well as CCTV monitoring in the car park so you don’t have to worry about car theft. It is also open 24 hours which is good if you work the night shift.

I don’t know his this place has 4 stars as the spaces are a joke. The parking spaces are extremely narrow to the point where you can barely get out of your car if at all. And this is the only car park which have disabled spaces barely wide enough for a car, with a bollard in them 😂😂😂

Great carpark loads of spaces available at reasonable prices unlike Cheltenham car parks where costs are much higher

I did mention elements of the carpark on a 2* review of the overall crowngate centre. the carpark itself is mostly OK although almost all the spaces are quite small. Our higher value larger car HAS to stay at home but even in my wifes little hatchback the spaces are a bit snug. They used to have a 'larger spaces' area on top floor but recently this has been blocked off for building works. I dont feel there are enough kids spaces - we have to take out child and pram out of the car before actually reversing into the space.

Nice that we didn't have to clock watch at you're charged on exit. Very reasonable price too. Nice and close to shops too.

Getting in on a busy day is sometimes difficult and so is finding a space but the sales are on so you have to expect it. Charges are cheap at £1.20 for an hour and it's right in the centre of the shopping area.

Great car park right in the city. Easy access to the shops usually but beware, at the moment the lifts are blocked off because of covid so not a good idea for disabled or mums with children and pushchairs. Also beware all large car owners, the turning into and out of this car park is tight to say the least. The exit especially is a challenge with lots of different car paint all over the walls either side to prove it .Far better car parks available around the city
