Paid & displayed received fine thru post scamming company DO NOT PARK CROOKS!

Broke down in a service station with this company only offering free parking for 2 hours tried to call the company to explain so I don't get a fine and no answer Iam now forced to park outside the services in a not so safe location let's hope nothing happens as I will be taking them to court shocking company and false advertising that there phone lines are open 24/7

Do NOT use this parking, they take you to court even if you have already paid everything and you have your receipt as evidence… absolutely disgraceful

Tried to park in Ross on Wye car park, drove around to find a space so we could use the adjacent cafe. Tried to download the app...no signal, give up. No alternative method to pay so give up and drove out frustrated. Got back home and received £100 fine notification. Appealed....unsuccessful! Given 14 days to pay.
Absolutely useless and tarnished our short break in the local are. Avoid this parking facility.

Ok so anyone who gets a parking fine is probably going to give a bad review. So why then do I give a bad review?

Well basically because it’s next impossible to speak with anyone from this company. Their customer assistance department is non-existent.

Received a CCJ for a parking ticket I should never have received,
Cannot speak to anyone, very unwilling to help.
Do not use this company where possible

If you see parking eye branding in any car park for anywhere you want to go, turn around and leave. Take your business elsewhere from anywhere that gives these criminals a platform to operate.
