Surface car park cheaper than central ones but still only 6 mins walk from town centre. Also very handy for Roman Circus and St Johns Abbey Gatehouse. Recommended.

It's brilliant. There are these white lines you park your car between. Then there's a machine you put your money in. There are always spaces, unless it's Christmas Eve when it's full. It's only a five minute walk back to the town centre. What else can I say? 😉

Out of the way parking, used a few times during busy days and always found a place to park, just a short walk down into town, but remember it's uphill back

Good location. Prices on display board are misleading and wrong. It's more expensive when you actually pay. In spite of this prices are still good and reasonable.

No height barrier and very well priced. Good value and not far to walk to city center.

Value parking in Colchester. Easy ticket pay with card. Plenty of spaces too. Quick 5 minute walk to the roundabout, through the subway crossing and you're in the town centre. Yaaaay.

Great Car Park. Inexpensive easy to park. It's a short distance to walk to town and you have to cross the main road at the traffic lights then at the bottom of Mersea Road go under the underpass.
I do it because I like the exercise but it's not for everyone as its a bit of a trek and the pavements are narrow. Certainly not for Elderly or people with young Children!
