The new car park payment system in Kenilworth is really confusing especially for the older generations and it is putting people off going into town. What a shame!

A great place to park my car, close enough to the town centre without being too much of a chore to find it later. Especially since it was another grey and slightly damp day.

Not the easiest way to get a ticket to park. Plus charged twice even when I got a cancelled receipt.

Convenient car park for the town but the pay machine was confusing. Its card or app only but when I paid by card on one machine it issued a ticket that had void across the top. Lucky I checked else I would have thought I had paid. Happened to someone else straight after as well. I'd avoid the first machine from when you drive in to the car park as it doesn't seem right.

Found the ticket machine difficult. Tried 4xs but it didn't like my card. Instructions difficult to follow but maybe I'm just thick. Parked elsewhere.

Could not park as parking machine only takes card payments now so left as I do not likecard payments.

Good car park easy to find. Plenty of spaces, but probably due to the pandemic!
