I wouldn't recommend personally. Accidentally overstayed whilst out on a date and got hit with a £100 parking fine. You need to be careful with this one because they'll automatically send out letters regardless of your circumstance. Use another car park and avoid Euro Car Parks. You also can't pay by the app, even though it's advertised everywhere that you can

Access via the Tesco roundabout, head down the turning which appears to lead to ultimate outdoors. Parking costs jump from £2.5 to £4.5 when going from 3 to 4 hours. Well located for Bond Street.

Terrible carpark, not deserving of the 1 star. I was sent a parking charge notice incorrectly for £100 even though I had a permit clearly displayed which covered me for the duration of my stay. From reading other reviews, I am not the first person that this happened to.

Do not park here, there are two different surface car parks, if you use MiPermit recommended by Chelmsford council you could end up with a ticket..not very well signed..

Parked under the sign that says pay and display until 8pm, I entered the car park at 10:45 and have received a £100 fine.

Avoid at all costs. £100 fine despite the signs saying parking up to 8pm on weekdays & parkopedia agreeing. Completely disregarded my appeal.

Just received £100 fine. The sign clearly says Monday to Saturday up to 20:00 , I paid until 20:48 to be safe! The parking fine also has the name of a totally different car park on it within Chelmsford that I didn't go anywhere near!

Never park here!! Signs clearly say up to 8pm, I paid up until 9pm just incase - and got £100 fine!!! They are telling me it's 24hrs and I didn't pay the 4 hours I was there. Why do the signs say util 8pm then???? DO NOT PARK HERE....EVER!
