Directions from the driver Nigel was very clear as we called 20 minutes before we arrived at the airport.
Waited no more than 3 minutes and car was picked up, pictures of the car was taken immediately. We left for our holiday with peace of mind.
On our arrival back to the airport we called the driver Juan as soon as we were ready to leave the airport, direction as to where to wait for the car was again very clear, and again we didnt wait longer than 3 minutes.
Car has been returned to us clean, no damage, driver was very polite and kind.
10 out of 10 service, 10 out of 10 communication.
Strongly recomend to use this service to anyone who needs good parking at the airport service.
Also they’ve used a second passenger in my car! Complained and the only thing they could say is “I’m sorry, is moody everywhere” sounds the car been parked in a field.
Will never return, rather pay extra to parked proper at the airport!
And they unplugged the car dash cam so can’t see how bad the car park is “ not safety reasons”
I also will be complaining to the trading standards and or further actions as this is not the first time!
I left my car several times there, always trying not to judge about staff, their quality of work and how they treat the cars. I always looked on price, not quality, I was lucky until last time. I received my car with windscreen cracked. No cracks or no chip on windscreen when I left it there. Apart from that mess inside, mud on the floor and white marker pen marks on my dash. When I informed staff about the issues, they only cleaned white marks but dash is still dirty and you can see those marks. Cracked windscreen is not their problem, because they don't care about covering any damage of windscreen, tires, alloys or paint. So technically you can leave your car somwhere on the street and you will get the same result, because this car park is not secured and anything can happen to your car. I tried to complain through phone or email but there was no other answer that it's not their fault. If you don't want to have your car damaged spend few pounds more and park somewhere else to save yourself problems.
The other great news is that I smelled alkohol from one of those guys, and the other guy driving transfer van drove it like he's a rally driver. Both looked dodgy af. Unlucky the owner of 40k range rover when rally driver took his car to the spot, when I was waiting for transfer, loud music and speeding. No suprise when I read comments saying that someone had around 40 miles more after he collected his car.

The journey to the airport didn’t feel very safe as one of the side doors wasn’t closed properly.
We then arrived back Thursday evening to be met at the Radisson hotel within 10/15 minutes of waiting which wasn’t an issue and the driver was very pleasant.
However, when we got back to the car we very quickly realised that the inside had been tampered with whilst we were away. The middle compartment was wide open and valuables had been taken from the glove compartment. Items moved from the doors to the floor with no reason.
Incredibly upsetting and infuriating to come back to.
When asked what had happened to said possessions, I was shrugged off and both men whom I spoke to denied working the Monday we arrived.
Looking forward to the response we receive and will update review when rectified.
