Water Meadow Car Park

Handy car park at bottom of town with reasonable number of spaces and reasonable tarif, £2 for 3 hours. Very useful if attending a service or event in the nearby Church.

Well what do I say. There's flat black tarmac with white lines painted on it in the shape of rectangles, there's a machine to buy a ticket and a couple of recycling bins which afford a lovely view of the river. I can highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to leave your car while you walk away or want somewhere to recycle paper. For a holiday it would be less interesting

This is Chesham's quiet carpark. I use it as it's normally less busy, so hopefully less chance of getting those annoying little door ding dents. A useful carpark if you want to visit Old Chesham venues e.g. The Queen's Head PH or Gil-Lec electrical shop, which both have rubbish customer parking.
I'd still prefer it to be the real water meadow it once was, where back in the 1960s I caught my very first newt and the largest male stickleback fish I've ever seen, at between 3 & 4 inches long!

Decent car park, not very busy on Sunday morning. Short walk into town centre.

I live nearby. I visited to collect litter as some gather here in evenings to party and some of them then throw litter everywhere except the bin. Town Council? Slow to tidy up. They have CCTV so may be could do something. Chris

A huge amount of litter. Good location for access to shops, Old Chesham and the park. Shame about the shear quantity of rubbish littering the place. It has to be mentioned as this is a frequent occurrence.

Excellent spacious little car park, a friend of mine had broken down and there was plenty of room to assess it here.
