Luton Airport Parking

£25 per hour. Rip off
I don't understand how they can get away with charging this amount, and its chaos on the roads outside the airport as people avoid being ripped off.
why not offer better value and less chaos...

I only wish there was a 0 star option. Don't park here if you want your catalytic converter stolen. Not a secure carpark. Not an easy steal either. Someone must have access to the car park. This happened between the week of 17th Aug- 25 Aug 2022. Would be grateful if you can write a review if you had the same problem as apparently just our car out of thousands. Upon reading other reviews this is clearly a problem there. Refuse to look at cctv. Staff unhelpful and rude. Pay to leave your car and it's at your own risk apparently. May as well left it down the road. Can't even get a refund on parking as we have to prove it but can't without cctv they won't give the police which makes me wonder why (police haven't got facilities to review a week worth so won't request) good little system they have there. Easy money for someone familiar with the car park if you get what I mean.

So unbelievably expensive, parking fees here are extortionate! Tip, if collecting a relative only head to Luton once they have made it through passport control, which is some cases now is taking hours! If your going away use a taxi or ask a friend/relative.
Honestly the fees I was charged for such a short period of time was beyond ridiculous and Luton airport should be ashamed of itself. Honestly! Luton airport make sure fee structure clearer, I honestly don't understand how you can get away with it. I will never, ever fall victim to your fees again!!

Parked in Terminal CP 1, wasn't particularly clear how to have ticket validated for the reduced price offered to blue badge holders. Quick call to helpline to be told to go to Priority parking office on level 2 though staff there advised us we "should" have parked on level 1 and then make our way up to the office with the ticket and badge to do this. Very kindly validated the ticked as we were there and allowed us trough the priority parking area (one way and we'd already passed the point of no return 🤭) to go back to level 1 and park. Just as well as the plane we were meeting, though it landed as we parked, was seriously delayed in unloading due to a major shortage of ground staff so charge would have been absolutely ridiculous without this discount.

Used the Drop off service on level 2, was really easy, fairly priced and just 2 mins walk to terminal. Have used other parking company’s before, but for a few £s more this is a lot more convenient.

Very poor signs inside car park, no buses from carpark to airport,walkway was really narrow. When I was issued a ticket from the machine at entrance it had some one else reg no on it I advised them of this at the entrance they said it was itwas o.k. cost me £9 .00 for 16 minutes this was the drop off car park near tunnell. Very badly organised. Among the
Worst in U.k.

Now is quick n easy to drop off pick up just make sure got your card ready to pay fees at the exit

Expensive experience. Beware £1 per minute charge applies and no compensation if you are stuck there because the passport scanners are not working. £42 was cost to pick up two passengers even though I didn't enter the carpark until 45 minutes after the airport app said that the plane had landed.
