Parked here overnight while staying at the Premier Inn and visiting the City.
Finding a space mid-week was easy.
Pricing isn't too bad for a long stay in a South-Eastern city centre.
Payment machines didn't work except the one at the barrier.

ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) council operated car park. Quite handy if you are staying at the Premier Inn Hotel. If you pre register online to park in council ANPR car parks then you simply drive in and park; payment is automatic. Cost £20 max per day.

Do not use this car park. We entered couldn’t find a space, not even 1mnt, so we left and still needed to pay….££££ rip off!!!

Convenient location. Have always found a space when I need one so far. Clear payment instructions.

Very expensive, £7.00 for slightly over two and a half hours. The number plate recognition system for getting out is very slow and does cause delays, so I would suggest you avoid parking here unless you really have too.

Paid £11.60 to park from 6.30pm to 9am - £2.30 an hour up till 9pm and again from 7.30am, £2 for the overnight part. Plus a random 40p as I expect my timings are not exact. Very convenient for the Premier Inn.

Another expensive carpark in Kent. They all seem a rip off to me. Maybe the locals are on better wages than us mere mortals working in health care. Avoid. Use park and ride instead.

Pretty pricey, but it is right next to the cathedral and town. ANPR system, pay on exit by typing your number plate into the machine. 2 machines in the car park and one at the exit. Found the calibration off if you are 6ft. Touch just at the bottom edge of the buttons. Also sometimes unresponsive due to muck on the screen, giving it a wipe with the flat of your hand can help. Touch screen useless in the rain. Machine at exit is slightly better shielded, so may be more reliable.
