JustPark Oxford Street West Car Park

Really disappointed.
Done the booking even the car park was closed. They accepted the payment. After I decided to cancel the parking for that day and with more than 48 hours notice the refund me 25% of the amount.
For sure I will not be using this service anymore
What's the point you can pay the same amount when you're on the car park.
