Crescent Road Car Park

Very clean and safe feeling, but spaces are stupidly small. If your neighbour(s) Park off centre of the vague grey boxes (no lines) or you both drive larger cars be prepared to climb though passenger door or even boot to get back in.

Ideally located for the Assembly Hall and shopping areas. Use the Ringo app for long stays, or check in/out at the machines. Best of all, if you're going to an evening show at the Assembly Hall, parking after 6pm won't cost you anything.

Perfect place to park to access the city centre (and if you're willing to walk a bit, the Pantiles).

Has an EV charge point but seems always occupied or out of service.

Paid for my parking as per the instructions, checking in and then checking out on my return. Only to find a parking ticket on my windscreen. Angry to say the least. Now I have the issue of appealing to go through even though it was their mistake

Very confusing Instruktion for payment, easily misleading a german Tourist. After paying the full amount for the day for 1 hour parking and having received a ticket they won‘t even allow deduction of the paid amount. A complete rip off. There are other nice places in England. BEWARE

Very confusing pay machine. I thought I had registered and paid and then found a fine on my car. I had to appeal as it seems the machine missed one digit off my reg number so it flagged as unregistered. Won appeal but made me very wary of this car park in future.

Love this car park, it's got lots of levels and an exit which makes drivers dizzy. The gentle aroma of piss makes me think I'm in some exotic Birmingham car park rather than T Wells.

Terrible system, with little instruction to tell you how to check in and out.

Check in with debit card and registration but to check out you must have the debit card. Really unhelpful when your wife checks in but isn't with you when you leave. End result a full 24 hour charge.
