I had a horrible experience with this car park tonight. I came ate, and the shop closed. I thought the car park was closing later, based on previous experience, but I was mistaken. I ran around the building (it's huge) with bags several times, nobody was in. I called JL customer service, but they advised to call emergency services! Eventually I had to go home by Uber, and I live in Btacknell. Tmr morning need to be back to see what happened to my car... Unbelievable that in this posh shop in central Kingston (not somewhere in a small village) there is no service to help people out in such situations. Even Aldi or Asda have night shifts, but here nobody... They receive huge amounts of money from us and they can't provide decent service to customers! I felt literally betrayed by this shop.

Convenient car park for shopping in Kingston - shuts soon after John Lewis shuts (e.g. 5.30pm on a Sunday). Quite tight to drive around, but possible if careful!

I like the car park, well lighted, good signage, clean and I always feel safe!! The car park is just convenient for Waitrose and John Lewis shoppers as well as other shoppers who want to use the parking facility.

John Lewis, parking is a little cramped for bigger cars, but there are plenty of spaces during the week and it’s also not to expensive. On the downside, Kingdom traffic can be quite heavy. I only wish John Lewis had kept its store on the Purley way Croydon.

Ok car park when it’s not closed. Opening hours seems to be different every day. The information on Google Maps is wrong!

I visited Boxing Day to look around Bentalls and high street. Was plenty of space available. I didn’t know you can go level 8 and cross the bridge to reach Bentalls. Pretty cool!!! And price is not expensive. 😬😉 but Exit is very far it would be better park level 4 to go car Exit easy. ( A space). Pay at the machine when you go out.

Very well located car park if you wish to take stroll at the reverside. Price si £1.40 per hour. Pay on the return at the machines. Decent parking width but not a lot headroom especially big SUV cars will have close contacts. Lanes inside not too narrow for hatchbacks but some saloons may find it bit narrow.

Abysmal crowding resulted in a miserable experience attempting to park. After an hour driving around we left the John Lewis car park and parked in a residential road. It's a shame that the machine in the John Lewis car park tried to get me to pay on exit. When they know there is currently a hysterical traffic jam, you'd think they'd have the sense to realise that people can't get out of their cars to pay at a machine to get a valid parking ticket to exit. Luckily they had an intercom or I might have got damage to my car!
