Good parking facilities, limited spaces but ok on weekends, expensive

Feels edgy, reminded me of a film set for an old 70s British spy film or 'The Sweeny'; I kept expecting Michael Caine to pop up holding a shooter.

It's a car park and very conveniently placed.
