Heathrow Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park

On 2022, Services are Way better than before both departure or arrival. Places are clean, staff are nice.

One of the best,big and busiest airports in the world. Extraordinary infrastructure and service. Everything amazes me about Heathrow.

It's okay, but a real pain for lifts. If you're going as a big family prepare for some chaos. From my experience there was a lift out of order and we had to use separate lifts in different locations to get to the departures

Best car park in all the UK airport's, Easy to go Less then 2mins walk for all the terminal for departure Nd arrival. Cheap price as well I had been in 4 UK airport's but this 1 was cheap for couples/h.

Simple , easy, well signed, biggest an best airport for drop off pick ups I.m.h.o.

Well organized car park. Ample of space in this multi level car park. Parking fee is around £14-15 for 1-2 hours time.
Thus area of Airport is definitely crowded where drop offs are there at level 5.

Easy to access both departures and arrivals, but it's very expensive. Cost me £9 just for half an hour.

Also annoying that the inky access is via lifts/elevators, giving you queues at busy times meaning you just have to jump in the next available lift regardless of which direction it's going.

Minor gripes that could easily be fixed.

For a major global airport, this terminal 2 Arrivals, only has 1 cafe. Cafe Nero. It’s dirty and there’s not enough staff serving customers. Plus there’s no easy to read screen to read from inside the cafe. A stupid design. So whoever is responsible for designing this area needs to find another job!
