Friar's Lane Car Park

Be careful of paying for parking here with the RingGo phone number or app. I paid for 20 minutes on my iPhone and ended up with a £30 Richmond council penalty notice despite being back early.
RingGo's auto-message stated my car reg in a car park with a number - all as I am walking away from the car park. It turns out it was not the right car park or number. Lucky RingGo and Richmond council.
Never again RingGo.

A little bumpy, but great location and good pricing. Sometimes the toll machines are a bit buggy, if one doesn't work try the other. I was able to pay using card.

No CCTV or any security!
Had my car broken into here just after dark!

Great parking, always space, good price aswell

I spent years as a kid playing tennis against the wall (my little Granny’s house for decades) where the parking meter now stands. Nothing but love for this car park hence five stars ⭐️🥰
Wish number 5 had remained number 6 though.
Sometimes floods, tiny but you can usually get a space! Once you get a space you’ve got access the loveliest area in Surrey.

A parking space in the middle of Richmond? It's a miracle! Not just that, it is a very decent car park, with spaces and parking paid for by an App. This means you can extend the time without having to go back to the car

This on street car park is a minute walk from River Thames, Riverside hotels, Richmond green, and Odean cinema is not too far away. No bay markings and prone to water clogging.

Great location, uneven surface lots of loose pebbles and holes.
Can get flooded during high tide
