Friendly and informative guides and happy staff in the shop and café. Food was hot service was good considering they were busy. I did feel for the staff that had to find customers with only a wooden spoon as reference and in or outside. There are a lot of tables and a better system could be found to help everyone.

The car park is good but very expensive at £7/day with no other payment option. At least it contributes to the natural trust. We arrived at 3pm and left at 4:30 which made it as expensive as Westfield parking!

Great if you are a NT member. There is a tube station close otherwise. Parking outside might be hard.

Nice house with pleasant grounds with attractive gardens. Parking on site runs to £7 unless you're a National Trust member and then it's free, while the house is £35 for a couple if you're not members. The house is part open but the bits you can see are nice, it is unoccupied and the Trust doesn't have the money to fully restore and open but the library was used in some of the batman movies. The grounds have toilets, a café and some duck ponds. The gardens have some deckchairs which is nice in the sun and you can even borrow a picnic blanket.

I had some difficulty in paying by card for parking, there was no signal for the app to work. Resolved in the end by moving to a non-carpark location.

I have always loved this Park but £7 for a 45min walk with my toddler was far too expensive! Also the only way to pay was via smart phone which my dad does not have and actually left because there was no other way to pay which was really disappointing. The grounds however are beautiful.

Lovely location, the gardens are beautiful all year round. Been going here for years now, lots of happy memories. Amazing place for a family picnic
