Centrale Car Park

This was a truly frustrating car park. The layout seems confusing, with the ticket machines taking a very long time (on the way in and way out)! The price of the car park is extortionate, with 1 hour of parking costing more than £6!! Car washing services were playing music extremely loudly, and overall the car park was an annoying experience - would not recommend!!

I go to a college 2 minutes away, 2 times a week. I am parked here for the day. I have paid centrale £11/ week since January and wanted to point out that a student discount would have been nice however it does the trick twice a week whilst I am at college.

Extremely expensive for what it has to offer. I stayed 1h 15min and I paid £4 on a weekday. If you go to Glades in Bromley, which is definitely not Croydon, you pay £1.10 per hour. Parking wise, Croydon is becoming a rip-off area, having to offer close to nothing and overcharging you for parking. In that regard, Centrale does not stand out, to being a customer orientated shopping centre, as you obviously go there to spend money in their shops, but they choose to put their hands deep in your pockets for... parking... Never again!

To come to the loading bay A, you must keep the centre on your left. This means you will first find the loading bay and than the centre building. So study the picture how it looks otherwise mighty get bus lane ticket. So be extra vigilant and make rounds to be safe

Very dizzy going up. But other than that, it is a reasonable price car park during the week for parking. Maybe still a bit much but compared to what’s around not bad price for weekday parking. Weekend is a different story as it’s much more expensive. I definitely would go during the week if you can. I think it tops out at £5. Wayyyy more than that week days

Was charged £3.70 after having the vaccine when the appointments were running 20 minutes late, ended up parked for 1 hour and 5 minutes (1 hour free), even spoke to car park assistant and basically tough.
