A good carpark clean ans tidy can't complain but I will give a 3 stars as in no that's signs explained properly as a first times is easy to be confused and if you collect from amazon lockers is a bit more confused yes are signs but no a gide signs and for that i give 3 stars

Have parked here for years as I like the access to the glades over the footbridge and I really dislike the spiral entrance to the glades car park. But over time the spaces here have become too narrow as cars have got wider and, in this day and age, I would expect some parent and child parking. I have a baby and can’t park here now because I can’t reliably get a space where I can open the door wide enough to get the baby out. Even the spaces without pillars are too narrow, so I have to gamble on getting a space on the end of the row and they are always taken. Why are there no parent and child spaces?

This car park is OK, but some of the spaces are a bit awkward to get in and out of, mostly because of the pillars. Many people have much bigger cars now and for people with a three door car the doors are quite big making it a bit tight to get in and out of the car. There are not enough disabled spaces either, but my main issue is the lifts being "out of order" so often. My Mum is in a wheelchair and we often have to walk down a series of ramp levels with cars going up or down to reach where want to be. Very expensive too if you're not a blue badge holder.

It's a good car park, decent size and good value for money very close to shops

It was okay. Thought I’d try it out as I usually park in the The Glades and I’m not a fan of the sometimes awkward parking and the spiral driveway to different levels.

Not sure if this car park is any better in that it’s a bit more expensive, a bit more further away from the shops, it’s not very clearly signposted (I wasn’t sure how to pay at first) and the pillars/columns make it a little difficult to get into the spaces.

But at least it doesn’t have that horrible spiral driveway, I guess!

As always, clean and easily accessible. It was busier than normal, but we found a spot to park.
My favourite carpark when I go to Bromley. It takes you straight into the shopping mall.
