Be warned; they provide two hours of free parking here but if you go over this they will automatically send you a £100 parking charge with their camera system. The signs were clear enough but £100 is a lot of 23 minutes of parking when there are pleanty of spaces and we were using the coffee shop near by.

To the owner of this car park.. You must display a sign that you’re going to lock the car park! Last night we had a family meeting and unfortunately we parked here. Around 10:30pm we found out we were locked up inside the car park. All of us living in Reading and High Wycombe so it was a nightmare getting home and coming back this morning. My kids got so worried that we have done something bad they started to cry. This is so not right! At this moment I’m still waiting to get out of the car park already late for work!! I know is a private car park but it’s illegal to lock us and don’t even care! On top of all the stress we need to pay £200 penalties but why didn’t let us go last night, so cruel!! We called the number on the sign and the message clearly said we will get contacted back shortly.. never happened. Be aware don’t use this car park, the owner doesn’t care!!
So be warned!
