Chelsea Cloisters Car Park

Parked here on the 5/6/19 and the valet driver managed to hit my car into the parked car behind it (straight into the tow bar of the land rover defender behind). They are now ignoring my emails and haven't paid for any damage on my car. Also the spaces are so tight the valet driver takes the hand brake off and pushes the car into the spaces.

The staff are very rude and need a lesson on customer service. They didn't seem to like it if you booked through ringgo. Didn't feel right leaving my car with these people, but I had to take my father to the hospital nearby.

DO NOT PARK HERE if you value the condition of the your car

As we drove down the ramp, a man working in the car wash started bellowing at us, but he wouldn't say what his problem was even when I asked. No receipt after taking keys, which kept me nervous all afternoon, but car was handed back in one piece. Would not recommend.

Excellent service..i took my royce rolls there for a wash..this is the best car wash place for expensive cars..the staffs are very helpful and ready to listen to you and also do whatever you want...i would strongly recommend the car wash anytime.

Money grabbing. Stayed at a local hotel that these guys supposedly had a discounted rate with, in reality they then took advantage and charged us top rate. Which resulted in £285 for 3 nights vehicle parking, total rip off!

My booking involved: a) Valet parking by the car park owner, b) My car being parked overnight supposedly at the car park. When I collected my car in the afternoon I was disappointed to see that it had not been parked in the secure underground car park where cctv operates, but instead had been left overnight outside on the paved area of Makins Street with no security or cctv. I raised the matter with the owner, but his attitude was that he could not care less and he ended the conversation by walking off. Classy, eh? The fact that my car was a) not stolen or b) not vandalised is totally irrelevant. If I wanted to park my car out on the street then I would have done so and paid on the meter. When I pay for my car to be parked in an overnight, secure facility I expect it to be parked accordingly. Advice to you all: Avoid.

Great service carpark. Felt safe leaving my McClaren F1 there over the weekend.
