Pretty terrible if you're in a wheelchair. You're told to park your vehicle and then descend back down to level 2 (via ramps or smelly lifts) to be have your disabled badge 'validated'. Rather unnecessary and a huge chore. It's also particularly frustrating when you discover that the office on level 2 isn't open on bank holidays - some warning would have been nice. My advice: go park elsewhere in Aylesbury if you're disabled.

Good, secure 24hr car park. Only thing that let's it down is there are no card payments, cash only with change always given in pound coins! If you have no cash, and don't need night parking, use Friars Square car park instead.

My go to parking place in the town. Very large and cheap. However the lift had the traditional stench of urine - use the ramps to walk up and down!

Disabled parking here is ridiculous. It's not on the same level as the office, you have to go all the way down there to to show your badge to them and all the way back up again to put it back. This is not easy for disabled people. Honestly I would not recommend parking here if you have a disability. Not accessible.

Tight corners to go up and down so large cars might need more care. Handy for town shopping and a bit cheaper than the Exchange Street parks . Has a lift too.

The pay machines are difficult to use. You cannot see the Registration entry keys easily. Also the machine resets if you take more than a few seconds to press the correct button.
