DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! WORST CAR WASH ... I took my car to them today and I put all the rubbishes on one side and took my kids toys and car seat out and put it at the back of the car. All they had to do was to bin the water bottles and hoover, the guy said I haven’t been car wash for ages and he would charge me £8 extra because my car is so dirty. I did upholstery cleaning in my car about 3 weeks ago and bought a new carpets for the car too.

They are GREEDY AND LAZY. They want to do a quick job... EXPENSIVE and WORST EVER! This is not the first time, once I had two £1 pounds in my car and they went missing and when I asked them they said it wasn’t there... I said they must have needed it and ignored it. But now I know why I haven’t used them for this long. Use the one behind Tesco express!!!!!!! They do a QUALITY job at REASONABLE price and have better offers!!

Amazing. You can really really park your car, provided of course you find a space & have relevent capacity & sufficient mental clarity to do the task at hand. When you are finished your excursion please don't forget where you have parked your vehicle, because if you spend to long searching for it you might get fed up, go back in to the supermarket, might settle down in the cafe & start stuffing yourself & while doing this you could be well on your way to becoming another NHS statistic with all sorts of ailments. Now don't forget all the while you ARE sitting there, you might have incurred a fine for having overstayed your permitted time for parking for free.

Oh dear, just because they’ve recently upgraded the long and short stay parking/payment systems, don’t expect an improved service to match.

Before you park in either the long or short stay car parks, make sure you have:
A) Set aside enough time to waive your ticket around at the scanning devices when (entering the long-stay carpark or) attempting to pay on departure. The scanners are very temperamental and often do not recognise the bar codes! This is especially infuriating when you have to catch a tube, there is “Space” showing on the long stay carpark sign but the barrier won’t open because the scanner cannot “see” your ticket.
B) Enough £1 coins with you, as the machines (at the time of this review), DO NOT take card payments - although they display both the contactless logo and have an accessible card pin keypad and they do not accept £20 or £50 notes.
C) Crisp new £5 or £10 notes, as the machines cannot accept creased notes! Anything with a crease is usually rejected, so best to go armed with the correct number of £1 coins.
D) A torch if you are using the car park at night, as the payment machines and surrounding areas are poorly lit! It is difficult to find the right change in your purse/pocket, difficult to use the payment machine and difficult to insert your ticket into the poorly lit slot at the barrier machines.
D) DO NOT USE if you are a woman returning to the (long-stay) carpark late at night or in the early hours. The poor lightning at the payment terminals makes it unsafe, as you fumble around looking for £1 coins or un-crumpled notes of the correct denomination, in the hope that the scanner will recognise your ticket and all the while, you stand there alone and vulnerable with your purse out and distracted entirely by a useless machine and an inept payment/exit service.

In conclusion, the carpark charges are reasonable but the overall service is rubbish and your personal safety is at risk particularly if you are a lone woman using it at night.

I’d love to see the end-user risk assessment for this carpark, it’d make interesting reading.

Hopefully they’ll understand soon that contactless payments provide ease + speed + convenience + accuracy = safety for all. Until then, it’s a thumbs down from me.

It's a car park. You being your car in and park. Plenty of space. It's pretty cheap for long stays. Bays are a little tight.

Nice car park, but how are you supposed to know where the long stay is? Cost me £12 to find out it isn't the normal car park.
