Don't be fooled by the gated/pin entry, my car was robbed here 3 weeks ago. Window broken and personal items stolen.

Although CCTV cameras are all over the place, the management did not help in identifying the criminal.

I also I had to pay for my stay, zero empathy nor any type of support.

Will never park here again, lost trust in this company.

DO NOT PARK

This car park is extremely expensive looks safe from the outside but the minute you park up you have people watching what you are doing. I paid £47 for a few hours when return to my vehicle the back screen was smashed and all my belongings where stolen, I spoke to ncp about this matter and they said they will get back to me and still haven’t. I also spoke to the police who has access to my iPad tracker which was also in my bag but no one had done nothing.

Terrible customer service. Terrible security. If you want to get your car broken in to in broad daylight in the heart of London, park here.
You expect some level of security parking underground but it turns out there are break ins and robberies about once a week. Costs upwards of £30 to park for a couple of hours for the privilege of a nice sheltered location to get robbed. What appears to be gated access only designed to be accessed with a number plate turns out to be accessible by anyone going in and out at will - the keypad was disabled. Plenty of investment in automatic number plate recognition and paperless payments but not enough to provide basic levels of security. NCP say they don't have access to the CCTV themselves either. Customer service had no sense of urgency or tact. They seemed happy to have broken glass left all over the floor until the parking attendant started his shift (2-3 hours after we found the car broken into). When the attendant finally showed up, he says you leave the car parked 'at your own risk', and seemed to know who the culprits were and how regularly it happens.
Avoid.

EXTREMELY POOR SECURITY!
Our car was broken into yesterday - I guess I should have read the other reviews on here, noticed broken glass on the car park floor and random opened suitcases in the stairs when walking out with the family.

Owners need to address security problem URGENTLY with on site staff!

This park is for thugs , looks like the management of this particular car park work hand in hand with the thieves, apparently they do not have cameras on site those cctv cameras do not work - as they can’t even provide footage to the Police. They can’t even apologise or pay you any damages . NCP as a company seems careless and unbothered to such acts. Am therefore calling upon all victims to come out and we protest this kind of behaviour and put a stop to such dubious companies. Let’s protest and seek justice .

Alert 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 this car park is overrun by thieves they wait until you leave your luggage in the car and steal everything you have. We lost thousands of £££ worth of clothes and belongings. They smashed our window and took everything. The Blandford hotel will not warn you that your car will be broken into. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

DO NOT USE THIS CARPARK!!! My car was broken into on 12/11 through the rear window and all luggage, kids gadgets plus my 8month old babies milk and medicines were all stolen! Apparently there are no cameras on the lower level and there’s no point looking at CCTV as advised by the car park attendants! Wish I had read all the reviews prior to parking!! Definitely seems like there is a link between staff and whoever did this as apparently this happens quite often and they just log a crime ref number! NCP should look at the police references, it’s a joke that this is just acceptable!!!! My kids (11 & 8) were left shaken and so upset that all their belongings plus new gifts were stolen! Thank you to the absolute low life that thought it was ok to go round and take what didn’t belong to them!!!!

Beware Thieves. My friend Parked overnight. The van was broken into. Windows smashed. Tools and personal effects stolen. Massive inconvenience.
We’re told by the cleaner when we find the van in the morning:
1. The pedaestrian security door was broken and lets anyone in.
2. The security guard was sick and didn’t come in that night.
3. The security camera system was apparently broken and not recording.
You have been warned. And it’s expensive.
