A small car park for patients and staff visiting the Porters Avenue Health Centre. It has disabled parking bays. The Health Centre provides a number of services including GP, Physio, Blood Test, Occupational Therapy Appointments. As a result, car park is always very busy and full.

You told to come at 8 and turned up at 8 for an appointment but then they will say there is no appointment available. Every day I’m coming for this week. Staff at the desk doesn’t have even a clue how to find an appointment at their computer. They seriously need training for basic staff specifically safeguarding. This surgery is a shame to NHS
