Excellent wildlife area in the heart of Cannock Chase. Nice signposted walks of multiple distances, including a shorter route that is wheelchair suitable. Excellent family and 'proper' mountain bike trails for all abilities. Children's adventure play area, junior and adult Go Ape tree climbing and a decent café. On site bike shop. Only quibble is parking is a bit expensive, but a Discovery pass for frequent visitors £40) gives free parking for a year. Very good at Christmas with tree sales and Santa and food huts. Recommended.

The playground next to goape Cannock is clean and comfortable. Plenty of Picnic table and bench. Toilet and cafe is just next supporting your near.

It is very good to have a rest after goape challenge.

Very large carpark in a great location, ticket machines accept cards and coins, or pay by phone.
The best place to park for mountain biking in the Midlands!

Great Place for a family visit, can ride your bike around the dog or monkey, even a easy route around for the whole family any skill level. Also a bike shop for spares and hire I think. Nice little cafe for after your ride. Also go ape is here which is a fun couple of hours if you like heights.

It is a great place for mountain bikes but recent commonwealth games activities on site were not very clear. Stay away unless you have tickets and spectating. Road closed around birches valley.

Brought the family here for a walk around and a coffee, great place for young kids with the park and the Gruffalo Trail, all free to do. Parking was a little steep at £5 for two hours but hay ho. £10 for coffee and parking can’t moan for a family day out.

Amazing place for all ages. There is a go ape and a sedgeway coarse. You can hire bikes there is also a cafe on site. The walls are beautiful they are well sign posted there is a small walk around the pools or you can do a 8 or 12 mile walk. There are mountain bike trails suitable for all ages and skills. The little kids can enjoy the gruffalo trail just be repaired to pay a lot to park so take plenty of change but you can pay on your card we paid £8 for all day.

Used this carpark when we took the bikes around Cannock chase. It was £4 for 2 hours or £8 for the full day so wasn't much choice in terms of duration but was easy to pay on the app which I already had downloaded. There is a cafe close by and lots of benches for picnics.
