Worst parking company. Will never park here.

Had a lovely weekend in Chester, this is a great hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff.
Had a meal in the Kings grill on Friday evening and everything was very well presented and delicious.
Breakfast both mornings was very good, plenty of choice and well presented and the staff bringing tea n coffee round were very attentive.
All round great hotel, fabulous atmosphere, good staff and nice food.
Also nicely located for the city centre and Cheshire Oak designer outlet.
Car park is £15 for 24 hrs or bit cheaper at the NCP which is next door.

The machine onsite isn't working. I had to ring a number written on the machine to pay. It took ages for them to answer then got cut off. After a few attempts, I manage to pay for 6 hours parking. After a few weeks, I was told via a letter that I was seen parking but no payment made. I sent them proof of payment then they got back to me saying that per cctv camera I was late leaving for 30 minutes as I only paid 6 hours hence £100 fine. Bad service.

£15 a night for parking is ridiculous and just adds to the cost of an already expensive break
