As car parks go, it's got what you need. Have to pay (unlike in Wales) and it is now ticket less so you have to enter your numberplate when paying at the machine and that is automatically read and checked at the exit gate. System works well.

Barrier still lets you in when it's full, causing traffic jam as people hunt for spaces. Expensive (£3 versus £1 for park and ride). Need to know your number plate to pay before leaving.
