Getting to this place, we immediately saw it's woodland beauty, not to mention the numerous trees and rope swing at our disposal to play on. Unfortunately a few minutes after arriving a tremendous thunderstorm broke out. As this was after a 5 day heatwave however, my girlfriend and I continued our walk in the pouring rain, emerging out of the woods on a hillside where a gargantuan lighting and thunder strike rang out above us. Verdict: lovely place but be careful of thunderstorms!

Off lead dog walk, open pathways, war memorial and a sandy dell. Very pleasant 2-3 mile walk. Probably muddy in the off season, we went late March and it was ok. Free parking on warren lane. Followed ‘trail 2000’ mostly, although paths crisscross so easy to meander!

Great for dog walks, walking with the kids etc. Nice woodland walk with the sandpit area for younger children to enjoy digging etc usually a rope swing hanging somewhere for outdoor fun. Only problem is the carpark is small and often full.

Lovely place to go for a walk. The kids loved it. Giod selection of fallen trees to climb on. Recommend wellies if its rained at all recently as the bowl shaped bit fills with water

The car park is decent. The woods are truly some of the nicest places in Surrey for walks, especially when it's sunny. It feels like a big playground too. Can't wait to go back again.
