Lovely quiet spot. Stopped to eat a bit of a picnic and the view on this sunny day was great, quiet and relaxing. Nice simple place to take a moment to chill.

Nice drive out towards Lichfield. Adequate parking. Can't walk down to the water. Good stopping place for a quick rest. Ice-cream van on site but didn't have an ice cream, but there were plenty of people who were. I reckon he's there most days.

Easy to park with a great view, also if you time it right there is an ice cream van there. If you like walking there is a good walk from here around the lake or just around the place.

It's a lovely place, you can park and take photos. But there was no where to walk, only a road cars kept driving down! Bit disappointed as it looked beautiful and loved driving through the middle of the reservoir on a bridge, but it was different!

Beautiful views and very peaceful
If I lived near it I would go regularly.
It's great for walkers.

Stunning place 😍 little drive and better ride on your bike. Great place for pictures and a little coffee or tea. If your a motorbike rider it's a great place for some curves and opening up (safely)

Other than sit in the car or get an ice cream from the van that is nearly always there, weather permitting, there really isn't much to do. You can't get to the water and you can't walk over the fields. To do anything interesting, you need to drive another mile or so to the other side of the lake to the "visitor's centre..."

Nice little stop off area. There's two parking areas either end of the road bridging across the reservoir. One of these usually has an ice cream van in the summer months.
