Great views on a clear day and nice walk up to Trundle

The views are insane on a clear day. You can see as far as Brighton and past Portsmouth.

The car park can get full very quickly.

Top Top: the T Box is the go to mobile cafe with all your essentials.

Lovely walk and views. Little horsebox type cafe at car park. Views over Goodwood and aerodrome and Chichester Cathedral, harbour and sea. Isle of Wight visible in the distance. One can watch the racing for free from The Trundle

Lovely walk with our dogs. We did a loop turning the right fork after Rubbing House. Downhill through the woods, fields and then looping back around to come back uphill accross the fields. We aren't super fit and managed it without a problem. Picked up geocaching chain, which made the walk even better. Lots of lovely views and wildlife. Even better with free parking and lovely horse box cafe to buy a treat when we got back. Great walk!

I really appreciate the beauty of Seven points, the nature, the wildlife, the woods, all the different trees and of course the wild strawberries. Then there are the walking trails, the woods and the mushrooms just waiting to be found, there are herbs to be found and gathered. Did i mention the woods? Well, if you are a cyclist, or a mountain biker, or a runner then the woods are a magnificent free venue from Nature to be able to enjoy. On certain days there is a little converted horse box that provides coffee, tea, and snacks. I never tire of Seven points as there is so much to enjoy. Go there in the dark and witness shooting stars when it is that time. Watch the mist creeping up the hills and see and hear the owls. It is not just Seven points though, there is West Dean, Singleton, Charlton, Kingly Vale. What else is there to see? Foxes, Badgers, lizard, butterflies, moths, the Red kite and more. My advice is just go out to the great wide open, did I mention the wild nut trees, the hidden apple trees, and cherry tree if you know where to look.

Sun shine can't beat this view. Top tip take some binoculars and a picnic you'll be there for hours. ENJOY the South downs.
