I wouldn't give it the one star. Several times now I have needed a space around midday. There is never any free space. All around the station is minimum times to park. The car park was significantly upgraded about 8 years ago but the management never had any foresight to provide for expansion. All they invest in is CCTV and inspectors to fine people who take a risk. The management is incompetent to do anything about it, time they went. I for one need to circumvent going to London via this route.

Never enough spaces after 705am. Management company app never works properly. Management company Indigo Parking more interested in trying to rip commuters off, so if it rains you have to wade through a lake to get to your car. Trees not trimmed so In Certain spots you can expect to return to a car covered in bird poop.

So to summarise, for the princely sum of £100 per month, you get no guarantee of being able to park, and if you can, then expect a poop covered car stranded in a lake.

Car park prices increase way too often. Been given tickets when paid online and had to really fight to get cancelled even when their own evidence they send shows their own stupidity. I would avoid any Indigo car park at all costs if there was any other choice.

Need enlarging (e.g. extra deck added) so that it's possible to use the car park after 07:00. At present the off-peak trains cannot be accessed if you need to park at the station which is completely ridiculous. Nor can you reserve a space in advance (surely not hard to arrange in the modern age). In other words a chocolate teapot thanks to overpaid "planners".

It a Carpark what more can you say, mainly for staff, like train drivers is well lit seems pretty secure but doesn't have any EV charging points.

No trains between Brighton and Three Bridges, so by way of supporting commuters they have decided to close the car park. Genius!!!

Owned by Apcoa. Horrible management. You cant book through the app properly, you cant login with phone number after you register, paying at the parking takes ages for the machine to connect! And as of 19 December 22 you can only book seasonal tickets on the website! Where is the day parking?!
