Me and my wife came on a short break to Lancaster , we used this brilliant service, the driver was very helpful and well informative about the castle, which just added positive vibes to our experience, the times were maintained to the timetable. Best value for money.

Nowhere in Lancaster to park a motorhome so we used this park and ride two days running. Excellent service! Our first driver was very knowledgeable about Lancaster castle and the history of the town, gave us a running commentary just as a tour guide would. Buses come regularly and drop you off in the centre of Lancaster. Being OAPs we were able to used our bus passes and didn't get charged for our little dogs. I would highly recommend using this service as it takes all the stress out of having to find parking.

Very handy from the M6, lots of parking, charging for non fossil fuel motors, regular buses to the centre from early till reasonably late. Much better than when it was a Covid testing site.

Good parking, but exit gate way too narrow for large vehicles, no obvious exit forced us to go wrong way on one way road out into oncoming motorway traffic! And .....No toilets??? Had to go in the bushes, and get stung by nettles!! Not great.

Charged my electric vehicle, 50kW. Good location with 6 50kW charging points. You may have problems with cable length if your charging point is at the rear left like mine. I had to use two parking spaces but luckily it wasn't busy.

*Edit*
Bus times are so MUCH better for work now and there is one every 15 minutes. So much better start and finish times too as they continue till later now. Have to currently park in the south end of the car park whilst the North end car park is a Covid testing station.
Has lots of charging stations now too!

Pre March 2020: Good location and large car park with buses every half an hour. There seems to be a lot of unused disabled spaces.
Some nice, helpful bus drivers. £1.60 adult return.
Just wish the buses ran 10 minutes earlier so I could get to work for 7.55 to start at 8 instead of having to use the earlier bus. I dont like waiting around to start work! I would have thought most people would start on the hour.

Last week My girlfriend and I was driving to Asda when this park and ride decided he would speed along grey hound bridge (presumably wanting to get home after his shift) decided that he would not see my girlfriend who was indicating and who was let into lane by the car in front and decided to ram into the back of her!! And also DRIVING OFF! which then lead to us sitting in A&E in a neck brace! We both have tissue damage to our necks and backs and when we contacted park and ride the arrogant gentleman on the other end of the phone was very hostile and defensive and said that my girlfriend ran into the bus! However where the bus has hit my girlfriend it is impossible for them to say that. All I can say is what bad customer service, if anyone’s driving near this bus honestly stay clear. No empathy no nothing.
