Disrepair is an understatement. Card payment machines dont work, barriers are often broken trapping you inside with unhelpful customer service you will be waiting until eventually they ask you to lift the barrier (impossible if your on your own as you cannot hold it there and drive through).

Prices constantly increasing with reduced hours of operation, nobody on site and everything broken, entry barriers often dont work, exit barriers fail constantly to the point where one of them has been removed completely.

NCP doesn't care that its failing to provid the service you pay for they are just happy to take your money.

Paid for parking and got sent a letter to pay £100 for non payment. I've got proof to say i entered correct registration number yet the woman on the phone kept telling me maybe ive put my details wrong. This is not the first time either. Be carefull keep your receipts.

Had my catalytic stolen there last week and no one is in the security office/ no one cares when you call them. These kind of "secured" parkings need to close

Massive yellow signs everywhere and nothing about this place being closed at any point. App gives the impressions its open 24hr. Got back here on Sunday to find out the carpark is locked and now need to stay in London another night until the carpark opens at 5am. The only thing which shows a time is an A4 piece of paper on one door which isn't even the most convenient place to leave so we didn't walk through this door.

My car was locked inside on a Friday night, there was no sign that said that the car par closes at 22:00. Also the machine makes you pay for over 22:00. We called the emergency number on those yellow signs and after 5 minutes someone inside the car park opened and we were able to take the car.
Also very very expensive.

Standard NCP, nothing glitzy or glamorous. Tiny spaces, and tiny drive up ramps but what do you expect for London. Price is standard, lifts lights didn't work which was spooky.

Had my car locked in this car park twice in past 2 weeks. 10 foot banner at front of car park says open until 10pm. A4 bit of paper on entrance says shut at 8pm currently with no further explanation. Use the Parkpasss app and it implies it is open 24 hours. Even then, I've turned up before 8pm twice recently to find car park locked and garage door down and no notices, and several other drivers outside in same situation. Have now stopped using as too unreliable. NCP need to sort this out

Parking is OK if you are in a car. Lost count of the amount of vans that have been broken into in the last couple of months.
