Not good!. I am afraid to say it took me 30 mins to figure out how to get ti my car, as all entrances will be closed by 6:00 pm. Finally found you can access the car park from next building by stairs.
The spaces are pretty tight and not great. perhaps may be if you are shopping inside belfry, it may be OK.

Parked today and was about an hour and a half in shops. Came back to find my car caked in building dust/cement type dust from the car park refurb going on. I rang the management and they offered a car clean from the on site car wash company for free. This is why it does not get more than 3 stars. Yes I had a free car wash (although a very very basic one with a wipe and no pressure washer, compared to the wash and wax I paid for a few days ago but it at least got the dust off) but my car should not have been covered with dust in the first place. Screens should have been in place to stop dust blowing around.

As a visitor from Australia very handy price ok the ramp turns up too tight some exit turns at 90 degrees left are poorly angled to make the turn, luckily I had a mid size wagon would hate to have a 6 m long car. Got lost at exit poor signage back to A25 to Reignite. The wide bay widths is great for parking and opening doors.

Tight corners, very narrow ramps and some areas where the ceiling leaks and you get white residue left on your car which causes damage and doesnt just clean off.
The automatic registration plate barriers dont always work, and the entrances and exits are also very narrow.
On the plus side, there is a lot of space. It does sometimes fill up, but often there is at least space on the roof.

The car park has introduced a temporary one way exit system which needs an urgent review . Immediately before the exit barrier you need to do a sharp tight right turn . The problem is the raised paving at the barrier which you need to be careful about so as not to scuff your front left and rear right wheels . With a medium sized car this is all but impossible no matter how many times you reverse back and forth and inevitably you ll catch one of the wheels . I strongly suggest avoiding this car park until the repair work has been completed.

Plenty of parking at reasonable prices. The kerbs are a little tight so watch out for your alloy wheels

Ample car parking spaces for reasonable prices. £1 all day on Sunday. There are car wash facilities inside and free electric vehicle charging points.

Central, in the main shopping area, cheap for short stays but for longer than 2 hours there are better options. Escalator leads to the shopping floor which joins the main street by traffic lights near Iceland
