Hazelwood Rd Car Park

Ticket Machine is not working I called the number on the sign with no answer, I text 65065 with no response, website gave me error codes on my phone and my partners. Now I've got a fine/bill. I've got proof that I did everything in my power to pay for the ticket. This has happened before, I'm happy to pay for the time that my car was parked but I will not be paying for anything more.

This is a bit of a skam!!. Ticket machine does not work so you have to go through a very lengthy process of sending a text and then having to enter details, which has incurred me more telephone costs etc. If machine was working then for 2 hrs the cost is £2. However by having no option but to contact them the cost magically rises to £2.45. Why? Not my fault the machine is not working and I have to phone. As said seems like a skam to me. Add to that the fact that I got cut off whilst entering my credit card details I have no real idea if I have paid for my parking or not. In any case, like another contributor I will certainly not be paying anymore than the £2 I might owe this company just because their process has not worked properly. AVOID.

Not very fantastic, no toilets or refreshments available

Small car park with CCTV and well lit at night. Just £1 from 6PM to midnight so very busy with Derngate theatre goers.
It is more expensive in the daytime, depending on how long you're staying for and it is cash only or you can pay by phone.

Ticket machine broken so free parking. However a seagull squaked at me aggressively when I left my car which soured the otherwise positive experience...

I didnt know there could be so many emotions felt whilst visiting a car park, Hazelwood Rd car park took that to the next level... the ground is uneven and the parking spaces on a slant, the chuck our time on a Sunday morning is 8am or something ridiculous like that. Overall I liked this car park and would recommend any of my fiends in their automobiles or iron horses! Thank you

Good car park for easy access to 78 Derngate

I get my tattoos done in town, this is close by and fair price for a day, I travel far and nice to know I have a place to put my car, I've seen some patrols probably just o check tickets but it's nice to see that they are active.
