A lovely, relaxing place to stroll around the waters edge. No traffic noise apart from overhead aircraft at high altitude. Well worth a visit with good country pubs nearby where you can get a decent meal. Most with real fires, The Gate and The Peacock. Other good food providing pubs near by. Note: £1.50 to park for two hour, slightly more for much longer. Pay and display machines.

Visit regularly. Lovely walks. Can get busy. Dog walkers be aware there are ground nesting birds in the breeding season. We've also had close encounters with deer & a badger. Surrounding fields have stock grazing so keep dogs under close control.

Fantastic place for a walk with or without a dog. Plenty of paths around the 3 reservoirs to choose from. Clean toilets provided but no cafe.

Beautiful place to take the kids for an adventure through the woodland, a stroll around the reservoir and a picnic.

Great place for a walk, a little muddy in some places due to winter conditions so probably need wellies added bonus for me toilets which were very clean. Will definitely visit again.
