Mill Road Car Park

I use this car park when heading to London from Rugby station. As that’s already expensive enough (thanks Avanti West Coast) this car park is brilliant because it’s half the price of the ‘other one’ over the road. Add to that the team are continually making updates to the car park, whether that’s payments or lighting or just the things you need to make parking really easy. AND on top of that - the customer service is absolutely excellent both on site (in person) and online via email or their Facebook account. They are kind, responsive, and at Christmas I got a box of chocs left on my car. I nearly cried. (It had been a long day.) Seriously, if you’re going to Rugby station park here. It’s fab. (And as a woman alone loads of lights so nice and safe.)

Total rip off was there for less than 25 mins to collect my daughter of the train and was charged £5 a full days rate
£5 for 25 mins I hope you choked on your excessive profit your just robbing people left right and centre

The very best car park by far for Rugby Station by far. Great staff and when I had to email them regarding a self-inflicted problem they were really helpful and their customer service was brilliant!

Very helpful parking attendant took the time out to assist when I had issues with one of my tyres.

Good price compared to the option on the other side of the road. Easy to book online and plenty of available parking.

Since my last visit, before covid, there is a more efficient and less expensive payment system. Very convenient for the station.
